From August 8 to August 13, 2026, the Joyoshine technical service team traveled to Serbia to provide on-site support at Minth Group's European manufacturing facility. This mission focused on resolving critical equipment anomalies and delivering comprehensive training to local engineers — ensuring seamless production continuity and long-term operational excellence for one of the world's leading automotive component suppliers.

As a global leader in automotive parts, Minth Group's Serbian plant plays a pivotal role in supplying high-precision components to major NEV manufacturers. The facility operates state-of-the-art production lines, including the latest dual-channel CNC machines equipped with integrated on-machine probing systems — technology critical for maintaining micron-level accuracy in high-volume aluminum extrusion processing.

Core Mission: Dual-Channel Machine Optimization & Probe Calibration

The primary focus of this visit was the new-generation dual-channel CNC machines deployed for NEV component production. These machines, designed for simultaneous multi-axis machining, require precise synchronization and real-time feedback to maintain tolerance standards under high-speed operation.

Our engineers conducted comprehensive diagnostics and recalibration of the on-machine probing systems, which are essential for:

  •  Real-time workpiece measurement and automatic tool compensation
  •  Eliminating false triggers and reducing cycle time
  •  Ensuring consistent dimensional accuracy across complex aluminum profiles
